One80 Intermediaries is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish and English to serve as the first point of contact for customers, agents, and clients across the U.S. and Canada. You’ll provide insurance-related support by phone and online, process policy documents, and help maintain high service standards for financial institutions. Paid training and continued guidance provided.

• Pay Rate: $16.00/hour + discretionary bonus
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule:
 – Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM CT
 – or Tuesday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM CT & Saturday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CT

📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound and outbound calls from customers, agents, and clients
• Resolve insurance-related inquiries and ensure data accuracy
• Research and follow up to confirm insurance requirements are met
• Enter accurate customer and policy information into internal systems
• Support other departments as needed
• Maintain productivity, quality, and security standards


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
• Reliable availability for required weekday and weekend shifts
• Strong grammar, spelling, and communication skills
• Organized, attentive to detail, and calm under pressure
