You’ll provide benefit-related support across platforms like Workday, case management systems, and contact centers. This role requires fluency in French or Spanish and a strong background in benefits administration and customer service.

• Bilingual in French or Spanish (required)

• Familiarity with Section 125, ERISA, COBRA
