OneSource Virtual is hiring a Benefits Specialist to support their Employee Services Team. This remote position focuses on helping employees navigate benefit programs, process changes, and resolve service-related issues while using Workday and other HR systems. If you’re customer-focused with strong benefits knowledge, this role is built for you.

• Support employees with benefits administration and issue resolution

📋 What You’ll Own
• Process benefit-related changes (life events, address updates, etc.)
• Respond to inquiries about benefit plans, eligibility, and premiums
• Resolve benefit issues and reconcile monthly carrier invoices
• Counsel employees on benefit features and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and deliver timely support across channels
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2–5 years of benefits experience
• Customer service background is essential
• Strong knowledge of group life, health insurance, COBRA, ERISA, and Section 125
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent communication, research, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and HRIS tools
