ClearCompany is expanding its industry-leading Background Check Services team with a dedicated Background Check Administrator. In this role, you’ll act as the primary technical point of contact for high-value clients—setting up accounts, resolving screening issues, and ensuring each customer receives top-tier service. • Full-time
• Remote (U.S.-based)
• Salary: $60,000–$65,000/year (depending on experience)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as lead contact for assigned screening clients
• Set up and configure new background check accounts
• Triage questions, issues, and escalations from support and clients
• Manage the applicant screening queue to ensure timely order processing
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure legal compliance (including disputes)
• Partner with internal teams (Customer Success, Implementation, Product)
• Coordinate with 3rd-party vendors to address client needs
• Proactively improve workflows and recommend upgrades
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Strong attention to detail and organizational instincts
• Prior experience with SaaS tools or web-based applications
• Familiarity with screening platforms, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar tools
• Able to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and stay accountable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-comfortable (Google Suite, Excel, etc.)
• Experience in customer support or client-facing roles a strong plus
