🧾 About the Role
Charlie Health is scaling access to life-saving mental health treatment for adolescents and young adults. As a Bilingual Admissions Coordinator, you’ll be the critical first point of contact for clients and families—guiding them through the initial admissions process with warmth, clarity, and care.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, you’ll connect deeply with families, gather key information, and help fast-track clients into care. You’ll be the voice of reassurance when they need it most—and your work will directly expand access to personalized, virtual behavioral health treatment.


Position Highlights
Salary range: $54,000–$60,000/year (base)
Target total comp: $66,000–$84,000/year with performance bonus
100% Remote (U.S. only)not open to applicants in CA, IL, or CO

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle high volume of inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
• Build trust with Spanish- and English-speaking families and referral sources
• Explain financial policies and payment options clearly
• Input and manage client records in Salesforce (consents, insurance info, notes)
• Coordinate across internal teams to drive seamless, timely admissions
• Track performance against key KPIs (time-to-admit, satisfaction scores, quotas)
• Effectively pitch Charlie Health’s unique clinical model to clients and families


🎯 Must-Have Traits
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written + spoken)
• 2+ years of experience in sales or client-facing admissions
• 1+ year working with Salesforce
• Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Comfort navigating sensitive topics with compassion
• Familiarity with HIPAA and experience in a healthcare/mental health setting a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office & Google Suite


💻 Remote Requirements
• U.S.-based only (except CA, IL, CO)
• Stable internet and professional, private workspace
• Available for shift-based scheduling
