Charlie Health is seeking compassionate and driven Admissions Coordinators to be the first voice families hear when seeking life-saving mental health treatment. This full-time remote position supports at-risk youth and families by guiding them through the admissions process with urgency, clarity, and care. You’ll be the first connection point—where trust, compassion, and professionalism set the tone for transformative healing.
This role is quota-driven and ideal for mission-aligned individuals with a background in sales, client services, or healthcare intake. Your work directly fuels our mission: to increase access to personalized, virtual mental health care.
✅ Position Highlights
• $54,000–$60,000 base salary
• Performance-based bonuses (target total cash comp: $66K–$84K)
• 100% remote (except CA, CO, IL)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Facilitate high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
• Build trust and gather demographic, clinical, and insurance information
• Guide clients and families through financial policies and payment options
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet key KPIs: time-to-admission, satisfaction scores, and admission rates
• Maintain detailed records in Salesforce, including consents and client progress
• Serve as a confident ambassador for Charlie Health’s values and clinical model
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
• 2+ years of sales or client-facing experience (healthcare admissions a plus)
• Track record of exceeding performance targets
• 1+ year experience with Salesforce
• Calm under pressure with strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Familiarity with HIPAA and mental health contexts preferred
• Able to work shift-based hours
