ClearCompany is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to drive top-line growth across our largest and most strategic client accounts. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and expanding client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional consultative support to ensure long-term success. This is a high-impact role where relationship-building meets sales strategy.

• Full-time
• Remote (U.S.-based)
• Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000/year
• On-Target Variable Earnings (OTVE): $100,000

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage and grow top-tier client accounts
• Run consultative, value-driven meetings with executive stakeholders
• Identify and close revenue opportunities to meet or exceed quota
• Customize solutions based on client needs and goals
• Draft contracts, conduct demos, and deliver presentations
• Collaborate with Customer Success to unlock new growth within accounts
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of experience in account management or consultative sales
• Proven record of exceeding sales goals or quotas
• Confidence presenting to senior and C-level stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with excellent follow-through
• Organized, adaptable, and customer-obsessed
• SaaS experience preferred
• HCM/HR software experience is a strong plus
• Formal sales training is a bonus
