🧾 About the Role
PartnerHero x Crescendo is looking for a sharp and dependable Real-Time Coordinator to support a fast-paced healthcare support program. You’ll manage agent activity across voice, email, and chat to ensure performance stays on target—adjusting coverage, shifts, and schedules in real time.


Position Highlights
• Type of Support: Phone, Email, and Chat
• Contract: Full-Time
• Training: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET
• Work Schedule: Fri–Tues, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM ET (Weekend availability required)
• Start Date: July 24, 2025
• Location: U.S. Remote (AZ, DE, FL, GA, ID, KS, MD, MI, NV, NC, OR, TX, VA, WA, SC)


📋 What You’ll Own
• Monitor and manage agent schedules in real time
• Adjust staffing and ticket routing across voice, chat, and email
• Track and respond to changes in contact volume and channel demand
• Coordinate with leadership on break/lunch schedules and adherence
• Support accuracy in time tracking
• Assist with reporting and data analysis
• Jump in on workforce projects as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and work well under pressure


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Previous experience as a Real-Time Coordinator or Analyst
• Familiar with CX platforms (Zendesk preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Solid Excel/Google Sheets foundation
• Able to work independently while collaborating remotely
• Communicates clearly and asks the right questions
