📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle patient and family inquiries with empathy and accuracy
• Enter and update patient data in a secure medical system
• Verify insurance and explain patient responsibilities
• Coordinate delivery/setup of equipment and services
• Calculate formulas, complete documentation, and process orders
• Monitor backorders or supply disruptions and keep patients informed
• Meet or exceed performance goals (calls handled, issue resolution, etc.)
• Communicate across departments to streamline patient care
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and security standards
• Perform clerical tasks as needed (faxing, scanning, file management)
