Dynatron Software is hiring a Warranty Submission Specialist to join their remote-first team. In this mid-level role, you’ll translate auto dealership invoices into manufacturer-facing warranty packets, directly impacting clients’ reimbursement rates. This position is performance-measured with weekly and monthly quotas—and ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive on accuracy, speed, and autonomy.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Translate client service invoices into Excel-based warranty submissions
• Manage and submit warranty packets to automotive manufacturers
• Communicate with dealership clients and internal teams by phone and email
• Maintain accurate CRM and documentation via Google Docs and other tools
• Adhere to weekly and monthly submission quotas
• Execute tasks with precision, following verbal and written instructions
• Analyze trends, recognize patterns, and manage competing priorities
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of experience in an auto dealership, service department, or related automotive admin
• Familiarity with warranty claims or labor rate increases a major plus
• Strong Excel skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Pattern recognition, analytical mindset, and organizational discipline
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
