Railbookers is looking for a driven and personable Travel Consultant to join our fully remote sales team. You’ll guide travelers through unforgettable rail vacation packages across North America, Australia, and beyond. This is a high-energy sales role focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while hitting performance targets.

📋 What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound calls and convert leads into bookings
• Build rapport with customers and deliver a seamless booking experience
• Regularly follow up with leads via email and phone
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Recommend vacation packages tailored to client needs
• Advise on specials, promotions, and travel options
• Attend team trainings and participate in ongoing coaching
• Maintain strong knowledge of rail destinations and offerings
