📋 What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat support
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Log details of customer interactions accurately
• Escalate priority concerns to higher management
• Follow up on unresolved issues
• Build rapport with each customer to ensure satisfaction
