Dynatron Software is hiring a Client Services Administrator to support its FileSmart team. In this fully remote position, you’ll manage warranty reimbursement documentation, communicate with clients, and maintain internal systems—all while working behind the scenes to keep service departments running profitably. This is a mid-level administrative role perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive on consistency, collaboration, and clean processes.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Support the FileSmart team with administrative and data entry tasks
• Communicate regularly with dealership clients via email and phone
• Securely retrieve invoices through screenshare or filesharing
• Review invoice data and prepare documentation using PDF editing tools
• Work within proprietary systems to identify warranty data patterns
• Maintain clean, organized notes in CRM and shared platforms
• Deliver timely updates to management through daily/weekly reporting
• Follow established SOPs with a focus on accuracy and timeliness


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ years of automotive or general office experience
• Comfort with repetitive, detail-heavy tasks
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Strong written/verbal communication and time management
• Ability to self-manage, multitask, and stay organized in a remote setting
• Willingness to learn new software and processes quickly
• Positive attitude and a proactive, team-first mindset
