đ What Youâll Own:
⢠Monitor online reviews, social media, and forums for brand mentions and reputation risks
⢠Respond to feedback and reviews with professionalism and empathy
⢠Partner with marketing, legal, customer service, and compliance to align messaging
⢠Audit brand presence and assist with online cleanup and SEO support
⢠Develop sentiment-tracking KPIs and produce regular insights reports
⢠Engage online communities and maintain a consistent, supportive brand voice
⢠Contribute to social listening and crisis comms strategies
đ§ Must-Have Traits:
⢠Bachelorâs in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

⢠Experience with monitoring tools like Meltwater or Sprout Social
