🧾 About the Role
Vetcove is transforming how veterinarians purchase the supplies they need to keep America’s pets healthy. Our eCommerce and mobile platforms help veterinary practices compare and order from all their vendors in one place, saving time and simplifying operations. As a West Coast Vet Clinic Support Associate, you’ll work directly with veterinary professionals to troubleshoot platform issues, resolve data errors, and provide exceptional customer support through live chat, ticketing systems, and demos.


Position Highlights
Pay: $50,000 – $70,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits (Colorado range: $55,000 – $65,000)
Employment Type: Full-time, Remote (U.S. only; West Coast support focus)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to support inquiries via ticketing software and live chat
• Troubleshoot software bugs and document reproduction steps for engineering
• Investigate and resolve data issues or escalate to data engineering
• Communicate resolutions to clinics and gather additional details as needed
• Manage proactive account tasks like issue reports, item reviews, and credit approvals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, partner, and corporate teams to improve tools and processes
• Work with vendors and industry partners to streamline alerts and communication
• Continuously refine workflows to enhance support efficiency


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year technical-facing, customer support experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ticketing system experience (Intercom or similar preferred)
• Patience, empathy, and a collaborative team mindset
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Desire to learn, adapt quickly, and help customers succeed
• Startup or tech company experience is a plus
