🧾 About the Role
Enlyte is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager to help injured individuals recover and return to work by coordinating effective treatment plans remotely. This flexible, full-time position is fully remote and requires active Compact and New York RN licenses. You’ll work with physicians, employers, and insurers to deliver timely, cost-effective, and compassionate care in workers’ compensation cases.

• Salary Range: $61,400–$86,000/year (based on location, skills, and experience)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Assess and manage recovery plans for injured or disabled individuals
• Conduct telephonic interviews and gather detailed medical insights
• Collaborate with treating providers and stakeholders to tailor care plans
• Evaluate return-to-work options and help employers modify job duties
• Monitor and adjust goals based on patient recovery and care effectiveness
• Provide regular case status updates to customers
• Support new team member training and assist with additional duties as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
• Active RN license in New York and a Compact State (both required)
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• At least 1 year of workers’ comp or occupational health case management
• Strong communication and advocacy skills
• Organized, independent, and tech-comfortable (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Reliable internet connection and secure home workspace
