🧾 About the Role
Concentrix is hiring remote bilingual Spanish/English Technical Support Representatives to provide customer support for well-known technology products. You’ll handle both technical and service-related inquiries from home, using your communication skills and tech know-how to help customers troubleshoot, resolve issues, and navigate products with ease.

• Paid classroom and on-the-job training
• Rotating schedule every 3 months, based on performance

📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide inbound tech support via phone and online
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
• Document and track interactions in support systems
• Deliver bilingual support (Spanish/English)
• Navigate scripts, systems, and resources to provide timely solutions
• Ensure a smooth and empathetic customer experience
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and tech skills
• Comfortable navigating both iOS/macOS or comparable platforms
• Able to multitask and problem-solve in fast-paced settings
• Dedicated quiet workspace and strong internet connection
• Must reside in the U.S. with a valid residential address
• Available to work within 8 AM – 11:30 PM ET, Monday–Sunday
