Enlyte is hiring remote Service Center Support Representatives to assist injured workers with accessing medical care and support services. You’ll be part of a compassionate, 24/7 call center helping people recover from workplace injuries or auto accidents.
✅ Position Highlights
• Full-time, remote
• Schedule Options:
- Option 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday — 8:00am–4:30pm CST
- Option 2: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday — 12:00pm–8:30pm CST
• Paid Training: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm CST for 4 weeks
• Department: Customer Service & Support

• Hourly Pay: $13.00–$16.00, based on location and experience
📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound calls from injured workers seeking medical treatment
• Guide patients through necessary documentation to access care
• Perform data entry, process orders, verify documents, and manage administrative tasks
• Support various back-office processes and ensure prompt service delivery
• Provide empathetic, accurate, and professional support
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Customer-focused attitude with clear communication skills
• Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish-speaking fluency)
