Base Salary Range: $45,000–$55,000/year
Estimated Total Compensation: $65,000–$70,000/year (includes performance incentives)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Launch and manage outbound calling campaigns to new and existing agents
• Support inbound calls related to case design, product options, sales tools, interest rates, and more
• Build strong relationships with agents to increase engagement and support recruiting goals
• Provide sales guidance and assist with product recommendations
• Share competitive intel and trends with internal teams to support strategy
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure agent expectations are met
• Conduct webinars and occasional face-to-face training seminars
• Track field insights and help inform product development and marketing


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in an insurance sales or sales support environment
• Strong communication, account management, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven, collaborative environment


Preferred Qualifications
• Active Life and Health license
• Recognized industry designations (e.g., CLU, CFP)
