🧾 About the Role
Symetra is hiring a Platinum Sales Support Specialist to provide concierge-level support for high-impact annuity applications. You’ll assist advisors and internal wholesalers while learning Symetra’s retirement products from the inside out. This is a great stepping stone into advanced roles within the sales organization.
✅ Position Highlights
• $22.00–$32.95/hour + annual bonus eligibility
• Full-time, fully remote (U.S.)

• Direct engagement with New Business and Sales teams

📋 What You’ll Own
• Support high-value annuity cases and monitor workflow
• Follow up with advisors on application issues (not-in-good-order paperwork)
• Coordinate with wholesalers to help drive territory sales
• Field inbound calls via sales desk 800#
• Provide product info, illustration assistance, and sales material fulfillment
• Support sales campaigns and product launches
• Learn Symetra products and systems through hands-on experience
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma required (bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Prior experience processing annuity applications strongly preferred
• Customer service or sales support background, ideally in financial services
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Sharp attention to detail and willingness to learn
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
• Reliable internet and quiet home workspace
• Ability to work standard business hours and engage virtually with team
