Workit Health is revolutionizing addiction care with accessible, evidence-based telemedicine. As a Member Experience Specialist I, you’ll support members from their first inquiry through every step of their recovery journey. You’ll educate, engage, troubleshoot, and guide—providing personalized care with empathy and precision. This is a mission-driven role for someone who thrives on meaningful work.

Compensation: $21.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST

Position Highlights

📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide world-class support to members via phone, chat, and email
• Guide new members through enrollment and program orientation
• Troubleshoot app issues or care process questions
• Educate members about how to get the most out of their Workit Health journey
• Track and meet KPIs tied to productivity, satisfaction, and engagement
• Maintain a deep understanding of the Workit platform and recovery model
• Embody compassion, patience, and professionalism in every interaction


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in customer service, healthcare, or inside sales (metrics-driven environment)
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or human services preferred
• High emotional intelligence and clear communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable multitasking across systems
• Growth-oriented and self-motivated
• Passionate about addiction recovery and reducing stigma
• Lived experience in recovery encouraged (not required)


💻 Remote Requirements
• U.S.-based with reliable internet and a quiet workspace
• Available to work EST hours
• Comfortable with video meetings, internal chat tools, and virtual collaboration
