Transcarent and Accolade have teamed up to create the One Place for Health and Care—a personalized, AI-powered experience delivering choice, quality, and outcomes. As an Intake Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for Members starting their surgery care experience. This role is crucial in ensuring a high-touch, empathetic approach that guides Members with clarity and care.
✅ Position Highlights
• $20.00–$23.08/hr
• Full-time, hourly
• Remote, U.S. based
• Paid training and shift differentials for evenings/holidays

📋 What You’ll Own
• Guide new and existing Members through Surgery Care program options
• Clearly explain benefits and convert leads into care participants
• Triage calls and connect Members to the right care team
• Deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced call center environment
• Assist with benefit verification and follow-up guidance
• Maintain compliance when handling sensitive health data
• Work a set shift: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM MST (adjusts by time zone)
• Flex schedule if needed, including some holidays/overtime
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year in customer service or sales within a call center
• Excellent phone and written communication
• Tech fluency with CRM tools (Salesforce), MS Office, Zoom/Slack
• Empathetic, patient-first mindset with strong attention to detail
• Critical thinking and problem-solving under pressure
• Comfortable working independently in a high-volume setting
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; must pass drug screening
