🧾 About the Role
Bicycle Health is tackling the opioid crisis head-on by expanding access to Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) through telemedicine. As an Enrollment Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking recovery. You’ll guide them through the enrollment process, verify their insurance, and ensure a smooth handoff to their care team—all while offering compassion, clarity, and support.


Position Highlights
• $20.75/hour (final offer based on experience, skills, and internal equity)
• Full-time, remote (40 hours/week)
• Multiple shift options, including evenings and weekends
• 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision
• 3 weeks PTO, 8.5 days of sick time, and 10 paid holidays

📋 What You’ll Own
• Engage with prospective patients by phone, email, SMS, and live chat
• Educate and guide them through the MAT program and enrollment process
• Conduct phone intake assessments and gather relevant health information
• Verify insurance coverage and match patients to available providers
• Document everything in the EHR and track progress in the CRM
• Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure seamless care transitions
• Provide patients with referrals to community-based resources
• Participate in improving the enrollment pipeline and patient experience


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years experience in a healthcare or fast-paced patient-facing admin role
• Background in call centers or high-volume communication environments
• Comfortable verifying insurance and navigating EHR/CRM systems
• Strong communicator with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
• Able to manage multiple tech tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Mac laptop)
• Experience with vulnerable populations or substance use preferred
• Flexible, focused, and comfortable with evolving workflows


🕐 Shift Options
• Option 1: Mon–Fri, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST
• Option 2: Mon–Wed, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST and Sat–Sun, 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM EST
• Option 3: Wed–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST and Sat–Sun, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST
