As a Drug Screening Associate I, you’ll help guide members through compassionate, judgment-free video drug screens while ensuring confidentiality and top-tier care. This role blends clinical attention with empathetic customer service, grounded in harm reduction principles.
Hourly Pay: $22.50/hr
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM PT
Reports to: Drug Screening Manager
Location: Remote (U.S. – Pacific Time preferred)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct and monitor video-based drug screens for members
• Review and determine test results with professionalism and care
• Communicate screening guidelines and troubleshoot access issues
• Support members through chat and phone interactions
• Uphold HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality standards
• Master internal systems (EMR, apps, processes)
• Maintain strong productivity and member satisfaction scores
• Serve as a knowledgeable and compassionate voice of the program
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of healthcare or customer service experience (preferred)
• Clear, professional communicator with empathy and patience
• Passion for helping people from diverse and underserved communities
• Familiarity with addiction recovery and harm reduction (a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and personal accountability
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable asking for help and growing through feedback

• U.S. resident, ideally based in Pacific Time Zone
