Join apree health, a pioneer in integrated health navigation, as a Customer Support Specialist II. This full-time remote role supports users across a wide range of health and wellness services, from benefits to scheduling to mobile app navigation. Training begins July 14, 2025 and runs for six weeks—fully paid, with 100% attendance required.

Schedule: Full-Time, Mon–Fri between 5:45 AM – 7:00 PM MST (shifts assigned post-training)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide customer support across phone, email, chat, and asynchronous messaging
• Handle appointment scheduling, benefits inquiries, incentive navigation, sweepstakes, and more
• Manage cases in Salesforce and maintain HIPAA compliance
• Assist with outbound provider scheduling and customer follow-up
• Use internal tools to resolve healthcare navigation concerns efficiently
• Uphold performance in quality, productivity, and case handling metrics
• Take initiative in solving customer problems and tracking interaction history


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare support, billing, wellness, or medical customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable navigating mobile health platforms and using support tech
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet high support standards
• Commitment to full attendance during training
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-first mindset
• Salesforce Service Cloud and Google Suite experience a plus
• Spanish fluency is a bonus
