SafetyChain Software is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their remote team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with product issues, troubleshooting, and training. This is a role for someone who’s detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about solving problems in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12–8 PM EST / 9–5 PM PST

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and ticketing system
• Troubleshoot Tier 1 software issues and escalate as needed
• Provide product training and best practice guidance to customers
• Document and triage reported bugs, issues, and product feedback
• Draft, update, and maintain customer-facing materials and internal knowledge base
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer resolution
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 0–3 years experience in customer support, software training, configuration, or a BS degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with multitasking and operating independently
• High attention to detail and a consultative, solution-first mindset
• Tech tools: Microsoft Office, Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
• Bonus skills: SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
