As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice guiding customers through service decisions, timelines, and vehicle care—all while working from home. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer customer inquiries via phone and CRM with clarity and empathy
• Guide customers through service options, parts, and maintenance packages
• Coordinate service orders and dispatch to the appropriate auto care centers
• Explain service outcomes, timelines, and warranty options
• Educate customers on cost-saving maintenance and protection plans
• Maintain detailed records of conversations, appointments, and updates
• Make every interaction an opportunity to enhance customer trust and satisfaction
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year in customer service or sales (automotive experience preferred)
• Knowledge of vehicle services, repair packages, and warranty programs
• Excellent phone presence—able to handle high call volumes with professionalism
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer skills
• Exceptional multitasking and time management
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Driven, independent, and customer-first mindset
