TridentCare is hiring a full-time remote Customer Service Representative to manage incoming orders and customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. You’ll be part of a tight-knit call center team helping patients and providers get the answers they need, all while maintaining a consistent workflow and excellent service.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer and process customer orders via phone and fax
• Maintain active listening and deliver high-quality service
• Handle up to 110 interactions per 8-hour shift after initial ramp-up
• Document all call activity using the internal DDF system
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; escalate when necessary
• Enter manual orders and operate the phone system effectively
• Stay on top of daily report screens and callback tasks
• Support other departmental duties as needed through cross-training
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to type 35–40 WPM
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills and multitasking ability
• Organized, adaptable, and a quick learner
• Team-oriented but capable of working independently
• Prior experience in a call center or medical setting is a plus
• High-speed internet and a distraction-free home office
