CrewBloom is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support one of our clients across help desk, chat, and email. Position Highlights

📋 What You’ll Own
Help Desk & Ticketing
• Triage and resolve Tier 0–1 tickets; escalate Tier 2–3 issues
• Keep CRM documentation clean, clear, and updated
• Categorize SPAM emails and reconcile payment issues (Stripe, PayPal, AuthNet)
• Respond to contact forms, manage cancellations, process invoices, and monitor course ratings

Live Chat Support
• Provide quick, informed responses to real-time customer questions
• Navigate users through product options and website UX
• Set follow-ups, recommend upgrades, and forward sales-qualified leads

Email Management
• Maintain professional, prompt email communication
• Escalate tickets as needed with clear summaries
• Keep inboxes organized and CRM records accurate

Ongoing Projects
• Assist in onboarding and renewal follow-up
• Surface customer insights and flag recurring issues
• Support mass communications and contribute to team documentation
• Participate in weekly team syncs and continuous service improvements


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Previous experience in a support role preferred
• Great written and verbal communication
• Confident in multitasking across channels (chat, email, CRM)
• Proactive, fast-thinking, and calm under pressure
• Familiar with CRMs and digital customer service tools
• Customer-first mindset, adaptable and solution-oriented


💻 Remote Requirements
• Internet: 15 Mbps (primary), 10 Mbps (backup)
• Device: Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (8th gen+) and 8 GB RAM; backup i3 or better
• Webcam and noise-canceling USB headset
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace
• Smartphone for verification and backup contact
• Must stay operational during power outages
