📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to policy, billing, and service inquiries through inbound/outbound calls and other communication channels
• Provide support for customer documentation and explain follow-up steps clearly
• Maintain accuracy in customer records and policy changes
• Identify opportunities for cross-sales (where applicable)
• Use probing questions and active listening to understand and resolve issues
• Ensure first-call resolution whenever possible
• Stay informed about marketing campaigns to properly respond to related inquiries

• Familiarity with customer databases and performance metrics
• Ability to manage complex service issues and follow through to resolution

• Previous customer service experience preferred
