UnitedHealthcare is hiring full-time Customer Service Advocates to assist members with their healthcare benefits. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, paid training is provided to get you up to speed. You’ll be the helpful voice on the other end of the line, guiding callers through benefits, eligibility, claims, and more—making a real difference in the lives of millions.

• Pay range: $17.74 – $31.63 per hour (based on experience and location)
• Full-time, Monday – Friday (8-hour shifts; some OT possible)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle 50–70 calls/day assisting members with benefits, claims, and eligibility
• Guide members through healthcare plans and provider options
• Schedule appointments and connect members to internal resources
• Educate users on self-service tools like myuhc.com
• Deliver first-call resolution and quality service
• Keep accurate records and follow privacy/security policies


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• 1+ year of call center or customer service experience
• Proficient in Windows PC systems and quick to learn new tools
• Ability to focus in a fast-paced, high-call-volume setting
• Flexible to work any 8-hour shift during standard business hours (CST)
