🧾 About the Role
Healthfirst is hiring Bilingual Relationship Coordinators to support incoming and outgoing calls for our Medicare Advantage, Managed Long Term Care (MLTC), and Medicaid programs. This is a high-impact, call center-based role focused on connecting prospective and current members with long-term care services. You’ll guide patients and families through eligibility, enrollment, and scheduling—while working remotely with multiple digital tools and systems.


Position Highlights
Salary Range (NY/NJ/CT): $47,403–$62,400
Salary Range (Other U.S. locations): $41,101–$60,320
Employment Type: Full-time
Remote: Yes (must reside in an approved U.S. location)
Schedule: 8.5-hour shifts within these hours:
 – Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
 – Sat, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM EST
 – Oct–Mar (Open Enrollment): may include weekends or extended hours

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective or current members
• Educate callers on long-term care options including PCA/CDPAS services
• Track leads and update records in Salesforce and other electronic systems
• Verify eligibility using Medicaid (ePACEs) and Medicare (CMS MARx) systems
• Schedule evaluations, clinical assessments, and field nurse appointments
• Coordinate care and services for Medicare, Medicaid, HARP, and MAP populations
• Prepare and distribute brochures and fulfillment kits as needed
• Troubleshoot application issues, enrollment rejections, and system errors
• Document all call outcomes and case notes per guidelines
• Contribute to call center performance goals and daily productivity benchmarks


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and another language (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.)
• Customer service or call center experience
• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, virtual platforms, database tools)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
• Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access
• Able to communicate clearly and empathetically with older adults and diverse populations
• Available for overtime and schedule flexibility during enrollment periods
