Centro Benefits Research is hiring remote Benefit Counselors for a 4th Quarter Enrollment Contract focused on employee education and insurance enrollment. You’ll guide employees through their benefit options (health, life, and voluntary insurance), provide personalized consultations, and help complete enrollments through digital platforms. This people-first role blends insurance knowledge, clear communication, and schedule flexibility.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct one-on-one benefit consultations via phone, web, or in person
• Educate employees on employer-sponsored insurance plans
• Assist with enrollment and ensure accuracy of submitted applications
• Maintain documentation and adhere to data security policies
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
• Support the Account Executive team in maintaining client standards
• Represent Centro with professionalism and care
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Active Life & Health Insurance license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits counseling or a related field
• Strong understanding of health, life, and voluntary insurance plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
• Comfortable using Windows, Google Workspace, and enrollment platforms
• Able to pass background checks
• Access to a private, distraction-free home office with reliable internet
