Concentrix is looking for a remote Account Manager to handle complex client relationships, optimize account performance, and drive customer retention and revenue growth. This role focuses on end-to-end relationship management—renewing, expanding, and converting services across an existing client base.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage and grow existing client accounts
• Renew and convert customer service agreements
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, video calls, and chat
• Use data to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction
• Help clients align with fee structures, marketing tools, and platform APIs
• Provide resources to expand service utilization and adoption
• Ensure partner retention, engagement, and revenue growth
• Collaborate with stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels
• Track metrics, evaluate risks, and develop contingency strategies
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of experience in partner/account management or developer relations
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
• Able to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Strong decision-making and organizational ability
• Must reside in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address

• 5+ years in SaaS, API-driven platforms, or developer ecosystems

• Familiarity with API billing models
