What You’ll Do
- Manage daily WordPress content updates (ACF-based), plugin maintenance, and subdomain upkeep
- Support A/B testing (setup, QA, reporting) and ensure analytics tracking integrity across GA4, Osano, and VWO
- QA structured data, UTM tracking, and reporting; implement light automation for validation
- Use LLM tools to refactor and modernize legacy code; propose performance and scalability improvements
- Assist with programmatic SEO by templating, creating, and QA-ing pages
- Maintain internal documentation for workflows, change logs, and SOPs
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual processes and increase efficiency
What You Need
- 1–3 years’ experience in WordPress theme development or similar environments
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Familiarity with ACF, multisite environments, WP Engine (or similar hosting)
- Experience with analytics/tracking tools (GA4, Freshpaint, Osano) and A/B testing platforms (ideally VWO)
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize legacy codebases with modern tools
- Attention to detail in testing, formatting, and documentation
- Self-starter who can balance independent work with team collaboration
- Bonus: experience with Lighthouse audits, lazy loading, caching, and automation tools
