Schedule
- Remote position (NYC-based designers also welcome)
- 10–20 hours per week, flexible schedule
- Freelance/contract role with opportunities to grow into mentorship and reviewer roles
What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret customer briefs for SMB clients across industries
- Use B12’s Design Suite (WYSIWYG editor with HTML/CSS support) to create initial websites in ~4 hours
- Complete enhancement requests for existing customer sites, from minor edits to full design improvements
- Collaborate with customer success managers and art directors to refine deliverables
- Contribute ideas to improve the Design Suite and Orchestra workflow tools
What You Need
- 3–5 years of web design experience (flexible for strong candidates)
- 1–2 years of HTML/CSS experience
- Strong written English skills and customer-focused design delivery mindset
- Desktop and mobile design experience, with an eye for pixel-perfect execution
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables
- Openness to feedback and willingness to push back when needed
