Schedule
- Full-time role with remote, hybrid, or onsite flexibility
- Location: Las Vegas, NV or remote across the U.S.
- Consistent schedule with expectation of reliable attendance
What You’ll Do
- Set up new workers’ compensation claims and process documentation
- Manage incoming mail, files, and diary entries in the claims system
- Process payments, form letters, and state-required forms
- Provide phone support for providers, claimants, and customers
- Support claims examiners with administrative and case management tasks
- Follow company safety and compliance policies, including HIPAA regulations
What You Need
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- 6+ months of office or customer service experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
