Schedule

  • Part-time, remote role
  • Minimum 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday between 9 am–5 pm PST
  • Must have full availability at least three days per week
  • Required: availability for the first 10 weekdays of hire for training
  • Hourly, non-exempt position with benefits and equity

What You’ll Do

  • Provide on-camera video, audio, and tech support during remote depositions.
  • Troubleshoot Zoom and platform issues in real time for clients.
  • Organize documents and ensure clients are confident using the platform.
  • Deliver professional, assertive, and courteous communication throughout.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to multiple online platforms and new processes.
  • Provide white-glove service before, during, and after each session.

What You Need

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of video/audio conferencing experience (Zoom proficiency required)
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in high-pressure environments
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • At least 6 months of remote work experience
  • Willingness to meet weekly training and performance requirements
  • Court reporting, legal, or startup experience is a plus
  • Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, FL, GA, HI, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NM, NC, OH, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI
