Blue Sky eLearn is hiring a Virtual Event Producer for our Event Services Team. This key role assists with the production of virtual events, including pre-event platform logistics, event facilitation, and post-event video editing and production. The ideal candidate has an aptitude for technology, is proud of delivering quality service, can adhere to a flexible schedule, and understands the importance of executing to a clients’ expectations.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Virtual Events team to understand the clients’ vision of the event, manage pre-event preparation, live event facilitation, and post-event recording production
- Assist with connecting and training presenters on the platform
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
- Clearly and accurately read scripts publicly on live virtual events
- Ensure quality audio and video for the live virtual event and recording
- Communicate issues and concerns to appropriate team member
- Be available to work flexible hours, outside of traditional working hours to accommodate the needs of clients worldwide.
- Early mornings, nights, overnights and weekends will be required
Qualifications
- Experience facilitating virtual events, specifically: Zoom, Adobe Connect
- Experience facilitating streaming events, specifically Vmix, OBS
- Proficiency in archive production (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Highly technical; aptitude to learn new software quickly and independently
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
