Working as a Virtual Contact Center Representative You Will:
Perform efficient and elite inbound and outbounds calls.
Set appointments, follow-up on appointments, and provide information to customers.
Understand and work towards achieving all key performance indicator standards.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1 on 1 sessions to be coached, monitored, and supported by Call Control to ensure continuous achievement of individualized goals.
Attend regularly scheduled meetings with Management, Ownership, and other team members.
Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A quiet workplace, free from distractions
High-speed internet and a compatible wired headset
Must own and provide personal work equipment
Typing skills, minimum of 35 words per minute
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
