Schedule
- Remote, 1099 contractor role
- 20–25 hours per week with plan to transition to full-time within 6 months
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–2:00 pm ET (consistent morning availability required)
- Long-term commitment (3+ years preferred)
What You’ll Do
- Manage CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and personal logistics
- Organize emails, prepare agendas, and capture meeting notes
- Handle daily Slack check-ins and weekly Google Meet calls
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for projects and meetings
- Support financial tasks: invoices, expenses, and reporting
- Assist with contracts, sales pitches, and client documentation
- Maintain digital hygiene across databases and records
- Partner with CEO to prioritize operations, client work, and marketing initiatives
What You Need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Process-minded with ability to work independently and proactively
- Aligned with values-driven leadership and climate-focused mission
- Tech-savvy with fast learning curve on tools/software
- Inclusive, professional, and aligned with LGBTQ-friendly environment
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, QuickBooks, and LinkedIn a plus
