Schedule
- Full-time (40 hrs/week), remote (U.S.-based; hiring exclusions: AK, CA, HI, KY, ND, OH, OR, PA)
- Shift: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM EST, including one weekend day
- Must have a dedicated, distraction-free home office and high-speed internet (20 Mbps upload / 5 Mbps download minimum)
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound villa rental leads courteously and in line with sales guidelines
- Build rapport with clients, identify their full vacation needs, and recommend villas and services to optimize sales
- Confirm availability with villa suppliers, process holds, and finalize bookings
- Clearly communicate terms, conditions, and trip protection options
- Accurately input reservations, collect necessary client information, and send timely contracts and invoices
- Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Conduct outbound follow-ups to generate new leads
- Work with peers under the Buddy System and participate in meetings/training
- Complete administrative tasks related to villa rentals
- Continuously improve product knowledge through required online courses
Requirements
- 2+ years in hospitality, timeshare sales, or travel industry experience
- Experience interacting with affluent clientele a plus
- Strong knowledge of luxury vacation destinations (e.g., France, Italy, Mexico, Europe, Hawaii, Caribbean)
- Proven sales skills with ability to build strong customer relationships
- Professional verbal/written communication and telephone etiquette
- Self-disciplined and goal-driven with continuous learning mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must reside in eligible U.S. states (see exclusions above)
