Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Hours: Sunday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
- One weekend shift required
- Remote work eligible in most US states (excludes AK, CA, HI, KY, ND, OH, OR, and PA)
- Occasional travel for FAM (familiarization) inspection trips may be required
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls and email inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Recommend tailored experiences and services to enhance villa vacations
- Prepare introduction emails, guest arrival forms, and final travel documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers for add-on services (car rentals, grocery stocking, chefs, transportation, etc.)
- Manage invoicing for additional services and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Update booking systems with arrival, departure, and service details
- Follow up on outstanding client information and booking amendments
- Support resolution of customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
- Build expertise in villa destinations and share insights with the concierge team
What You Need
- 2+ years of travel sales experience, with knowledge of luxury destinations
- Experience in villa or luxury travel strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Italy and France a plus
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills and a personable phone presence
- Highly organized, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must reside in an eligible US state
