Schedule
- Full-time role, based in New York or remote (U.S.)

What You’ll Do
- Edit and produce high-quality, engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Collaborate with creative and social teams to ideate and execute viral content
- Transform raw footage into polished, trend-ready content optimized for social platforms
- Stay ahead of video trends and apply them to campaigns
- (Bonus) Capture or direct footage when needed
What You Need
- Track record of creating videos that have gone viral
- 2+ years of video editing experience for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Strong storytelling, pacing, and creative instincts
- Skills in sound editing, color correction, and motion graphics (a plus)
- Bonus: Filming or directing experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000–$150,000 annually, plus equity and benefits
