Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- 8 AM – 6 PM EST schedule
- Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, KS, MO, VA, IN, or TX
What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, caring support via phone, video, text, or chat
- Obtain pet histories and share recommendations using Petfolk protocols
- Act as a liaison between pet parents, referral partners, and Petfolk care teams
- Manage medical records, document communications, and review patient histories
- Complete medical administrative tasks including lab result communication, prescription processing, and estimate creation
What You Need
- 5+ years as a Veterinary Technician or Assistant (ER/GP experience preferred)
- Licensed Veterinary Technician preferred but not required
- Experience with triage or remote veterinary work a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) strongly preferred
- Ability to work full-time, 8 AM – 6 PM EST
