Vetcove is hiring a Support Associate to help veterinary clinics resolve complex support inquiries. This role focuses on troubleshooting software bugs and data issues, supporting veterinary professionals through live chats and tickets, and collaborating across teams to enhance the Vetcove platform.

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 100% remote (U.S. only; West Coast support focus)
  • Pay: $50,000–$70,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits
  • Colorado range: $55,000–$65,000 annually

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to veterinary clinic inquiries via ticketing software and live chat
  • Reproduce and document bugs; escalate to engineering when needed
  • Investigate and resolve data issues, or create data engineering tickets
  • Communicate resolutions back to clinics and ensure timely follow-up
  • Troubleshoot issues clearly and explain solutions effectively
  • Manage daily and weekly administrative tasks such as account management, issue reporting, and credit approvals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and partner teams on feature requests and enhancements
  • Work with vendors and industry partners to streamline communications and alerts
  • Continuously improve workflows and contribute to support process development

What You Need

  • 1+ year of relevant technical-facing work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in ticket support systems
  • Patience and professionalism when handling difficult situations
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in tech or start-up environments is a plus
