What You’ll Do
- Receive EMS patient care reports (PCRs) for assigned clients and process them on time
- Gather and verify insurance information in internal files
- Confirm insurance coverage is valid for the date of service
- Verify patient identity details (name, date of birth, address)
- Research and locate missing patient details when information is incomplete
- Support additional tasks as assigned by the department manager
What You Need
- Ability to multitask and work independently with focus
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and grammar
- Comfortable working under deadlines and pressure while staying composed
- Computer literacy and comfort working with two monitors
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable for your work
- Quick learner and strong note-taker during training
- Comfortable asking questions and collaborating with clients, external partners, and internal teams
