Responsibilities
- Receive and process all EMS patient care reports for assigned clients
- Research and verify insurance information, including coverage validity for the date of service
- Confirm and document patient details such as name, date of birth, and address
- Locate missing demographic or insurance information using internal systems and external resources
- Communicate with clients, internal teams, and external parties as needed
- Maintain accuracy, follow-through, and timely completion of assigned work
- Support department manager with additional tasks as needed
