What You’ll Do
- Verify employment, education, licenses, certifications, and references using phone, email, fax, and online databases
- Process screenings according to client standards and contractual agreements
- Conduct outbound calls to employers and schools to confirm details
- Document clear, accurate notes on all research steps and actions
- Prepare grammatically correct screening reports
- Manage confidential personal identifying information responsibly
- Conduct scheduled virtual I-9 verification meetings with new hires
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer and internet research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated
- Professional demeanor on phone and video calls
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
