Schedule
- Remote role (U.S. based)
- Full-time, hourly position
- Anticipated pay: $18/hour
- Includes U.S. benefits and annual bonus eligibility
What You’ll Do
- Verify employment, education, licenses, and certifications via phone, email, and fax
- Communicate professionally with employers, schools, and state boards nationwide
- Handle sensitive personal data with confidentiality and accuracy
- Log detailed notes, prepare screenings, and ensure compliance with client standards
- Conduct virtual I-9 Section 2 meetings with new employees
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer and internet research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote environment
- Professional presence on video calls
